Hawaii! Haleakala!

Haleakala is a large volcano that makes up 75% of the Island of Maui. There is a national park at the summit. When you drive up to the very top of the volcano, you actually drive above the clouds. We went up to Haleakala twice, once to bike down and once for the ziplines. Here are some pictures of the road up to the top. The bikers in the blue jumpsuits are what we did one day. You ride up in a van and then bike down. Very cool, but really not my thing. I had fun, but went too slow and felt bad for keeping everyone from going faster.
