The Ornaments

Since Mike started his new job just a few weeks prior to Thanksgiving, he and Sandie were unable to make it to Mom's house for the Big Dinner Thanksgiving Day. So they came down to my house the week before so we could all have dinner together. Sandie's big gift from Mom and I was a beautiful box of Ornaments, symbolizing the stages of Marriage. Mom had been eyeing these Ornaments for months and wanted to get them for Sandie and Mike so we got the Newlyweds the Marriage Ornaments. They are BREATHTAKING! The Ornaments are lovingly packed in a satin-lined gift/storage box to avoid damage. Sandie was overjoyed by the Gift, as I hope you can see in the pictures. Mike liked them, too, but he's All Boy. He certainly appreciated his Wife's Excitement. We wanted them to have the Ornaments early so they could put them on their tree for Christmas. So we had dinner, my kids played with Bella, Mike and Sandie's Daughter, and we visited with each other. My kids are always tired after Bella leaves, which you can see by the last few pictures. It is always nice to visit with Mike, Sandie, and Bella. Too bad Alabama isn't just around the corner...But it makes our visits all the more Special.

And the best part about the Ornaments...Mom got me a set, too! For Good Luck...It was my Christmas surprise this year from her. She is The Best!
