Shawn's Birthday At Gram's-Part 4

Once Hannah warmed up to me, she posed for my camera for the rest of the day. All the other kids were too busy canoeing and clamming, but Hannah just stayed by the house playing. At one point, Brendan had found a snail, put it on the boogie board, and started singing to it. After he walked away, Hannah sat right next the snail and sung to it until the kids came back up to the house to play. The Grown Ups on the porch didn't know exactly what Hannah was doing until I walked down to take pictures of her. That's when I realized she was singing ever so softly to the snail on the boogie board. It was such an amazing thing to witness! She is simply darling!
